Northeast Program Manager - CASA Classrooms

At CASA Mental Health, our vision is to provide a community where all children, youth and their families are provided with timely mental health care and empowered to thrive. SILA Skills Group furthers that vision by giving our CASA Classrooms staff the tools they need for success – both for themselves and for our patients. SILA’s trainings bring our clinical and education staff together as one team, enhancing our relationships with school divisions and breaking down barriers.

Each training is a new opportunity for our staff to build their professional capacity and show up empowered to create the best possible outcomes for our patients. In the 2024-25 CASA Classrooms school year, 90 per cent of patients agreed the program improved their mental health, while 100 per cent of caregivers agreed their child’s mental health improved. These are the incredible outcomes SILA Skills Group helps us achieve, and I highly recommend them for any organization that values collaboration, community and staff success.
